Meet Harjot Grewal, Your Trusted Registered Home Inspector (RHI)

It started with my own home-buying experience. In 2015, I purchased my first home after what I thought was a thorough inspection. Within six months, I discovered significant electrical and plumbing issues that the inspector had completely missed.

As a professional engineer, I was determined to understand how this happened. That's when I realized buyers needed an inspector who truly cared about helping them make informed decisions. I spent the next year getting certified as a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with CAHPI and launched Quality Inspections with one mission: Help buyers make intelligent, informed real estate decisions.

The results speak for themselves. In 8 years, I've inspected thousands of homes and helped countless buyers understand their property investments. My clients don't just get an inspection – they get the knowledge and confidence to make informed real estate decisions.

Every inspection is personal to me. I inspect every home like I'm buying it myself, because I understand the importance of making informed decisions. When you hire Quality Inspections, you're getting a Registered Home Inspector who is committed to helping you understand your property investment.
